[Openid-specs-igov] Meeting Tuesday, Feb 7 Posponed

I am in Asia at the Fido plenary all next week.  That makes it impossible for me to chair the iGov call on Tuesday.

I propose that we delay the Tuesday call by two weeks to Feb 21.

There has been a large pull request against the current spec resolving conflicts and applying a number of previous requests.

It would be good if people could review that for the next call.
