[Openid-specs-igov] Namespaces in JWT data model

Hi iGov,

I was not able to join 2/19 call.  I have two topics, separate emails, for the group - this is one.

Within the ISO mDL group, we've started looking at namespaces to distinguish different documents (for instance org.iso.18013mDL) within a JWT/CBOR identity data stream.  In addition, namespaces (for instance different than org.iso.18013mDL like gov.dhs.realID) can extend an identity document with jurisdiction-specific parameters.

Is this a concept that has been discussed?  Is there a way to enable such namespaces within Open ID Connect profiles in order to support identity attributes, multiple identity documents, and the expansion of documents with jurisdiction-specific add-ons (like RealID)?  Conversely, is it not prohibited to have namespaces and we can just assume that it will not interfere?

I should be able to join next week to discuss, or clarify if I've poorly written the above.  TIA for your consideration of the idea,
