I talked to the foundation secretary  about the implementors draft vote.

Unfortunately he did not start the vote at the end of the review 
period.  He missed calendaring it.

He recommends waiting a week or so to send out the notice so the voting 
starts the first week in January.

Starting the voting over Christmas has been problematic for other votes.

We did get feedback on the list from Torsten.

We can incorporate non normative changes before the vote if the WG 
decides to.
