As with SMART apps, we are in a position to run an ongoing test and community support operation. The VA has recently also brought forward open source and accessible code. As part of that, we need to recruit developers to participate and implement the HEART profile. Scoping can then focus on a “good enough for the FHIR Connectathon” objective. A successful FHIR Connectathon will go a long way to establishing a credible mainstream
presence for HEART. The resulting parking lot then becomes a future development stream, either for HEART or the implementers.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
