<span style="font-family:"Helvetica",sans-serif">As a Medicare recipient, I have supplemental insurance and Medicare Part D. In addition, I have a primary care physician, a handful of specialists, a dentist, a periodontist, a preferred
drug store, a mail-order pharmacy, a preferred radiological imaging practice, a preferred lab company, an occasional massage therapist, two designated people to make decisions if I am unable, and several online medical records. Privacy is not my main concern;
information sharing is key. I want all of those who provide health care and related services to have the same information and share it among themselves freely. Then I will depend less on my memory and record-keeping. It is all a bit tenuous now, and I feel
burdened by having to manage it all.

one place, ensure that the two people I’ve designated also have the same access, and avoid having my data used for marketing or financial purposes?
