<span>As noted on the site, a</span><span>nyone can join the mailing list as a read-only recipient and attend the meetings but</span><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>posting to the mailing list and/or actively contributing to the specification will
require the submission of an IPR Agreement. Thanks to those of you that have completed that process. I know there are others that have the approvals in the works.<br>

<span>We very much welcome and encourage the active participation of both technical and policy subject matter experts to the group.
