[Openid-specs-heart] Making a list of implementations

With our implementer's drafts out for some time now, and knowing that there
are several implementations extant, Debbie and I thought it would be
helpful to do a roundup of HEART implementations.

If you have done an implementation and would like it listed, can you please
send me the following information? I'll collect it on a page on the WG wiki.

   - Implementation name
   - Which draft(s) of which profile(s) have been implemented, and by which
   software entities in each case
   - Implementer contact info
   - Link(s) to the project/product home, and logo if any
   - Is it open-sourced? If so, license/terms? Link to distro home?
   - Any further extensions/profiles you have made to the specs
   - Any other information you believe is pertinent (e.g., about production
   deployments, use cases, interop testing done...)
