[Openid-specs-heart] Presentation for Monday Meeting of HEART

I plan on presenting the work in Kantara on creating a Federation Ecosystem
for Healthcare focused on patient choice. We have uncovered some needs that
we would like to see addressed in openID and would like to explore how
these complementary effort might work better by focusing on the parts we
each do best.

The specific needs are in the area of Identifier assurance for (1) patients
(ID Token) (2) websites (Entity Statement) and (3)native apps (software
statement).  I prepared the attached link to address the first two of these
so that i will not be such a surprise on Monday.
