[Openid-specs-heart] HEART test framework interest/funding

Hi,

Previously there has been an effort to create a service/software that would
allow HEART implementers to test their implementation against a HEART
specific test framework. That code has morphed into a codebase for FAPI and
OpenID Connect that the OpenID Foundation has adopted and
develops/maintains for self-certification. This framework will be
re-organized and we are looking to see if there's interest to port,
maintain and develop the HEART related tests [1].

On behalf of the OIDF certification team, I would like to find out if
there's any interest in doing so, Note that if there's interest it would
need to be backed up by funding. If we don't find that commitment we will
most probably have to drop the current HEART specific tests for the time
being.
