At what point in this process of profiling across:
- FHIR
- SMART
- UMA
- OIDC
- OpenMedReady
- CARIN
- TEFCA
- FIDO
is someone going to do privacy engineering?

Or is the idea to keep inventing interacting profiles and trust frameworks
as fast as we can to keep the compliance folks on their toes?
