Decisions:

   1. Create a separate HEART FHIR UMA 2.0 Spec
      1. Develop as branch of original document
      2. Concern about market perception so do not deprecate
   2. Update HEART FHIR OAUTH SPEC to align with SMART Profile.
   3. Consider additonal update in specs to align better with other OIDF
   WG examples: improved Dynamic Client Registration and support of public
   clients
