[Openid-specs-heart] The UMA V2.0 specifications are Recommendations

Hi folks-- Happy new year to everyone!

It was something of an arduous logistical road :), but the User-Managed
Access V2.0 specifications have now been published as Recommendations (the
final stage of formal ratification) by the Kantara Initiative.

You can find the official links to the PDFs here; from time to time, no
doubt, I'll be deep-linking into specific sections of the HTML versions to
get into the nitty-gritty.

Note that the specs have actually been stable since early September.
Several other auxiliary documents, such as the UMA Implementer's guide,
have been updated of late.

If you have any questions about the specs, the process, the UMA's next
