[Openid-specs-heart] HEART Implementer's Drafts approval vote under way

The vote is being conducted at https://openid.net/foundation/members/polls/131.



The official voting period will be between Wednesday, July 19 and Wednesday, July 26, 2017, following the 45 day review<http://openid.net/2017/06/02/public-review-period-for-five-heart-specifications-started/> of the specifications. For the convenience of members, voting will actually open on Wednesday, July 12th for members who have completed their reviews by then, with the voting period still ending on Wednesday, July 26, 2017.
