[Openid-specs-heart] No HEART meeting this week

Hello Everyone,

The one item on our agenda is a vote to move the drafts to the
formal review period prior the Implementer Draft vote.   Given Eve, as the
co-chair, is unavailable this week, believe its best that we  postpone our
meeting until next week.  All those who have an opinion either way please
plan to attend.

My apologies for the late posting.
