In my view, we are now pretty much where we were at this time last year.  That needs to change.

I recommend that the scoping discussion set deadlines with specific deliverables.  That especially includes planning to a participate in the HL7 Spring FHIR Connectathon with a functional and interoperable solution.  As part of that, we need to recruit developers to participate and implement the HEART profile.  Scoping can then focus on a “good enough for the FHIR Connectathon” objective.  A successful FHIR Connectathon will go a long way to establishing a credible mainstream presence for HEART.  The resulting parking lot then becomes a future development stream, either for HEART or the implementers.
