[Openid-specs-heart] ONC Patient Perspective Listening Session about Med Mgt

I participated as one of 20 patient advocates in an ONC Listening Session
about Medication Management. When the discussion turned to privacy,
authorization and access tracking I introduced OpenID HEART. Not only did I
get no traction, appears that noone on the call has heard of it including
staff from ONC HIT. We have some communication work to do.
