[Openid-specs-heart] Move Health Data Forward Challenge

The first phase of the Move Health Data Forward Challenge from ONC/HHS has just been announced! These projects have committed to using the HEART specifications in real-world environments, pushing the state of the art of health care interoperability and deployment of advanced technologies. These efforts stand poised to be a huge win for patient-centered health IT.
