[Openid-specs-heart] Alice's health resource set

Can we avoid introducing DAF, or Nancy, or Eve into the heart of HEART for
a bit?

Let's start with the definition of an interesting data set in terms of FHIR
resources:

Let's give this set of FHIR resources a name so we can talk about it:
Common Patient Resources (CPR) I'm intentionally avoiding the introduction
of Nancy, DAF, or SMART or any other profiles on top of FHIR for a start.
I've also not used "resource set" yet.

Can anyone suggest a set of scopes that would be associated with CPR for
any of the HEART use cases?
