Yes I've been trying to figure out what the subset may be - don't know
enough yet - trying to run my own queries to better understand how to match
the existing defined resource set (which is entirely different to an UMA
resource set - confusing! )

  By looking at the resource list - I came up with ...

 "patient/MedicationDispense*.read",
  "patient/AllergyIntolerance*.read",
  "patient/Immunization*.read",
  ""patient/Condition.code.read","

Also now that I see meta tag in the header - better understand how the
confidentiality tag may be applied - if populated (this the hello world
equivalent query :-) - copied directly from the smart site )

<Patient xmlns="http://hl7.org/fhir">

<id value="1551992"/>

<meta>

<versionId value="32445"/>

<lastUpdated value="2016-03-09T15:31:12.818+00:00"/>

</meta>

<text>

<status value="generated"/>
