[Openid-specs-heart] Precision Medicine’s First Test is Blue Button on FHIR

Plurality is about politics. What I'm talking about is relatively simple
technology that Google and Amazon have running at much larger scale than a
Blue Button pilot demonstration this summer.

Turning technology into a political debate is not helpful. There's
absolutely no reason that CMS should not create a "moon shot" branch of
Blue Button on FHIR. The cost, of a few developer-months, relative to the
scale of Medicare and the PMI is infinitesimal. Doing a "moon-shot" fork
doesn't force large-scale deployment of the outcome. It simply informs the
next set of technology and policy decisions.

Let's all cut the drama and do the work.
