Dr. Michael Chen has been busy working  with the HEART based profiles for a
software development effort that closely aligns with our Use Case 1 (EHR
and PHR source of truth).   He has generously offered  to join us in a Q&A
discussion around his implementation - perhaps we can ask him to provide
some lessons learned /challenges of working with these protocols.

Adrian and MIchael have provided a  a 14 minute video that includes a live
demo as well as a corresponding sequence diagram for us to preview prior to
