[Openid-specs-heart] HEART Sequence Diagram: Elderly Mom with Family Caregiver

I’ve made a fairly detailed sequence diagram <http://bit.ly/heart-mom> for
the “Elderly Mom with Family Caregiver” use case.
I discovered that it also represents most of the intent of the “Alice
Registers with PCP” use case. Consider the Payer actor in the former to be
the PHR actor in the latter. In both use cases, the net result is
eliminating the chore of filling out the clipboard when you visit a new
PCP. This is a magic side-effect of the OAuth underpinnings of UMA!
The sequence diagram is so large that I’ve split it into three pieces.
Start with Steps 1, 2 of the use case, jump in and out of the resource
registration (RSR) module, and then finish with the Steps 3, 4 sequence.
The RSR module benefits from actual UMA 1.0.1 references (by Eve). I would
need help to add references the draft HEART profiles throughout. The two
use-case-specific diagrams have numbered steps in order to facilitate
discussion.
The three sequence diagrams are here
<https://www.websequencediagrams.com/#invite=4-J9PDDEMo&from=agropper%40healthurl.com&name=Elederly%20Mom%20with%20Family%20Caregiver>.
The HEART use case, still with the original prose, is here
<http://bit.ly/heart-mom-case>. Although anyone can edit the documents and
diagrams, I suggest we do the editing and comments here in this shared doc
<http://bit.ly/heart-mom> so we can keep track of the open issues.
