[Openid-specs-heart] Profile Updates

By request, I’ve gone ahead and rendered the new versions of the specs and pushed them to the working group’s site:

http://openid.bitbucket.org/HEART/ <http://openid.bitbucket.org/HEART/>

Make sure you’re reading the versions dated “December 2, 2015”, otherwise you’ve got a cached version sitting there.
