[Openid-specs-heart] Daylight Saving Time Change

Just a friendly reminder to everyone that Daylight Saving Time has changed over the weekend in the United States, and that the HEART meeting is pegged to US time zones. This effectively means that it may or may not shift the actual time of the HEART meeting for you, so check your local listings for details. Or see the OIDF calendar feed:
