[Openid-specs-heart] *DRAFT* HEART Use Case - Patient Authorizes Clinical Research

HEART Group,

Attached is a draft use for a patient authorization for clinical 
research.  It references  HEART Use Case: Alice Registers with PCP and 
Sets Up Two-Way Exchange of Personal Data Between EHR and PHR [OAuth 
Only] and HEART Use Case: Elderly Mom with Family Caregiver, adding the 
presence of multiple EHRs and a clinical data aggregator for research.  
The clinical research has restricted access per a patient consent plus a 
restricted data access authority granted by an institutional review 
board (IRB).

Please put this in the queue for review by the HEART group.
