Indeed, it's all about the first time registration. That's my point. If UMA
is working as it should there should the rest of the data flows should not
require any additional action by either Alice or the Custodian. Just an
occasional glance at their cell phone as notices of data sharing flash
across the screen. When something does need to change, Alice or the
Custodian will log into their UMA AS and, either revoke the active
consent to share or click a link to edit the ROI Form to modify the
policies. The ROI Form is likely to be hosted by the RS in the early
years, but a more complicated, joint form between the RS and the AS could
be a more advanced version of a future UMA.
