Following on Eve's email re: hygiene - I'd like to address the IPR.

*REMINDER*: Please note that while anyone can join the mailing list as a
read-only recipient and listen to the calls, posting to the mailing
list and spoken comments are considered contributions.  I If you intend to
directly contribute to the specification, * please* submit an IPR
Agreement. More information is available at
http://openid.net/intellectual-property. Make sure to specify the working
group as “OpenID HEART”.

Thank you to the majority that has already done so and for the remainder.
