[Openid-specs-heart] Email hygiene

Thanks to Danny for the reminder to change subject lines, and thanks to
everyone for their cooperation in doing that.

Another request related to that: For some of us (including myself, using
Gmail), it's extremely easy to hit "reply" to a long thread and keep all of
the previous content below (hidden in my case behind a little "..." icon),
leading to longer and longer chains that are, it turns out, blowing out the
margins of "digest" forms of email delivery. Some of us subscribe to the
list that way.

It takes discipline, and a few moments to remember to do it, but when the
older parts of a thread have aged out of usefulness, can we try to delete
them off the bottom of our replies?

The good thing is, we have an awesomely lively and useful discussion going
on. :-)
