[Openid-specs-heart] Will we have a process by which we choose to discuss or prioritize use-cases?

Well the process so far has informally been  First in First out and we have
not strayed from that as far as I can tell.    Bill's use case has the
floor. We have yet to have competing use cases presented at the same
time.   If we continue to follow that pattern - you are up next again.
