[Openid-specs-heart] Rendered Specs, Issue Tracker

Thanks Justin !  I was able to access the wiki and make updates.  No issues
nothing missing.
For those who/whom(?) would like access - please send me your bitbucket
account.  Believe I've add all those that have requested in the past.
