[Openid-specs-heart] Anyone interested to sponsor projection equipment for HIMSS HEART meeting?

It turns out that we won't, unfortunately, have the free use of a projector
after all. It appears the costs are as follows (please assume that these
are rough minimum estimates for planning purposes):

   - For a projector and projectionist: "[S]ince the venue is a union hall
   all projectionist equipment would require a projectionist. This would begin
   at $80 an hour, 8 hour minimum ($640) plus the gear rental price." Gear $450
   - Or, for a flat-screen monitor instead: "If the group was looking to be
   more cost efficient we could offer a flat screen option that would
   eliminate the need for the projectionist and only require electrical
   labor." $270-$433 plus labor
   - For a flip chart if we want one in addition: $40

We could try to supply basic easel/flip chart types of material on our own,
but to be most efficient and effective, I suspect that a sponsorship is the
way to go. If you are interested, can you please contact me by *THIS FRIDAY*
at *NOON EASTERN* with your intentions so that I can make plans and work
out details with you?
