   - Sample ACE format - simplified Privacy on FHIR use case

Hope to release wiki next week and we will briefly discuss a generic use
case based on Kathleen's Privacy on FHIR presentation.

Majority of the time will be spent on Technology Level Set - Justin Richer
 will continue with OpenID Connect then Eve Maler will finish out with UMA.

*Note*: In addition to missing Eve on February 16th, President's Day is a
US Federal Holiday that the schools and universities honor as well - so we
will cancel on the 16th and pick the conversation up on the 23rd.

Tenative Schedule next few weeks:

Feb 16 -    NO meeting
