Thanks to Catherine Schulten for submitting the first use case.
Unfortunately she is on travel the next couple of week so we have penciled
her in for the week of 02/16.  The good news is that the Virtual Clipboard
design team has taken an interest in the use case  -so it should be in good
shape for our discussions by then.

Thank in advance to both Kathleen and Justin for kicking things off.
Kathleen Connor will present an overview of  Privacy on FHIR use cases.
Justin Richer will give the first technology level set presentation.
