[Openid-specs-heart] Updated OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect Profiles Available

MITRE's project with the VA has just published our latest versions of our profiles of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect 1.0, publicly available on GitHub:

  http://secure-restful-interface-profile.github.io/pages/

We would like to offer these profiles as inputs to the HEART working group and hope that they can become a baseline for much good work going forward.
