[Openid-specs-fastfed] Proposed new meeting time

Hi folks,

As discussed on the call today, we'd like to shift the bi-weekly call from 8:00 PT / 11:00 ET to 13:00 PT / 16:00 ET to avoid overlap with the IETF SCIM call.

If this new time slot doesn't work for you, please reply by EOD on Friday.
