   could potentially strengthen security around a key compromise.

      Next steps: Ryan will publish his write-up and potential solutions to
      the WG mailing list.

   For August WG meeting: discuss implementation plans and consider
   rallying around a conference, perhaps Identiverse, to announce plans to
   industry.
