If it’s a question for the FastFed SAML Profile<https://openid.net/specs/fastfed-saml-1_0-03.html>, can describe it here and perhaps attend the next FastFed WG meeting for discussion.
If it’s a question for SAML itself, I’m honestly not sure if there’s still an active group. If others on this list don’t know, the only other place I know to look would be in the Oasis communities.<https://www.oasis-open.org/>

Just a quick question on how to reach out to the saml specification group to ask about a question on delegated authentication in SAML.

I would like to propose something that can be possibility included in the specification, if it is not already planned.

     *   focused on core concerns - spec compliance, etc...
     *   has some functionality to help with updates vs initial setup
     *   no docs YMMV
     *   works for both sides of the FF conversation
     *   interop: planning to have a lunch-and-learn to do some mutual testing

  *   long term plan on interop testing and promotion to press/analysts etc

     *   and have real world examples too
     *   OIDF summit - April 21, 2021?
     *   recorded webinars as a way to distribute

  *   OIDC in FF

     *   start working on draft but target for next rev of FF

  *   integration with CAEP (Shared Signals WG)

     *   Erik to invite Atul to a FastFed WG
     *   mutual overview of FF and CAEP

  *   cert rollover

     *   already in spec (section 5.4 in FF SAML profile)
     *   uses a polling mechanism; spec is prescriptive on how this works
     *   should be part of interop tests and demos

  *   matrix

     *   still WIP but making progress
