[Openid-specs-fastfed] FastFed license

Based on review by the SailPoint legal counsel, I’ve sent Darin their suggested changes and wordings in a Word “track changes” format, and append a picture below for ease of consumption by email.

This doesn’t take into account my additional comments regarding application deployment model or functionality (IDP vs another kind of app that uses the logos and the protocols together), which I’d still like to see addressed, but our team wanted feedback on those structural changes first rather than making them here.
