[Openid-specs-fastfed] change of co-chair for WG

At the F2F meeting at IIW, Erik volunteered to be a co-chair of the WG. We
had a vote with those attending -- a majority. of the WG -- and there was
no opposition to Erik being a co-chair. I chatted with Nat, who has found
it challenging to attend meetings given the time difference, and he will be
stepping down as co-chair.

Please join me in thanking Nat for helping get the WG group going, and
welcoming Erik as co-chair!
