[Openid-specs-fastfed] conflicting calls this morning ... and status

Looks like the MODERNA WG is happening at the same time as our call, and
they are pretty animated now, so we will pick up in two weeks.

Pam emailed me and said she was still working on account creation
attributes.

Phil: any update on releasing what Oracle has been working on, or on the
mobile use case?
