<p class="MsoNormal">I’d like to find one or two people, ideally a members of the FAPI WG, who would be willing to take on a small paid contract to take the FAPI 1.0 specs and/or the FAPI 2.0 specs through the ISO Publicly Available Spec due process.

<p class="MsoNormal">It is important to do this now given the number of countries working towards open banking/ open data policies and projects now.

<p class="MsoNormal">Mike Jones has just taken our OIDC specs through the process last year, and they should be formalized by ISO in the next few months. That means we have the baseline reports from OIDC that we can version for the FAPI 1.0 and FAPI 2.0 specs.
We also have an ISO appointed advisor who will preview the reports before we submit.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In terms of amount of work, there are likely to be a couple spikes of work to prepare the reports and gather any Co-Chair and WG feedback on the submission. Then we will have some long pauses while the ISO process plays out, including periods
for the ISO community to review at length. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If you think you might be interested, please let me and Mike L know. We hope to identify one or two people this month, to kick off the report development for FAPI 1.0 as soon as possible, and prepare the FAPI 2.0 report for formal submission
once the specs have moved to Final. <o:p></o:p></p>
