<div style="direction: ltr;">I missed the window to comment on decision 5, authorisation control, which unfortunately has resulted in a document going to the steering group implying that basic scope based access control to resources alone is sufficient to meet
their needs. </div>

<div style="direction: ltr;">The really puzzling item is that the recommendation paper also spells out a need for third party defined variable part to the scoped access request for resources. </div>

see how technically the variable time element can be conveyed in the way that the paper is suggesting (a singular fixed scope).</div>
