* Comments: Subclause 5.2.2 is a hanging paragraph, which violates ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2, 22.3.3.
* Proposed Change: Identify the hanging paragraph as "new subclause" 5.2.2.1 and renumber the existing 5.2.2.x.
* WG Accept / Reject: Partially accept. Make it 5.2.2.0. Ecosystems do use the current numbering in their profiles  and changing the numbering is not desirable.
