* Comments: ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2 16.5.5 defines that terms shall be written in lowercase letters. The explanation of an abbreviated term is also considered as a term, and it should use lowercase letters except in case of a certain name.
* Proposed Change: Change the uppercase letters in each term explanation to lowercase letters except in case of a certain name.
