* Comments: ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2:2021 defines that only references cited in the text in such a way that some or all their content constitutes requirements of the document shall be listed in the Normative references clause. \(For the requirement expression, see ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2, 2021, 7.2 Table 3.\)  However, RFC6819 is not normatively referenced in the text.
* Proposed Change: Delete RFC6819 from the Normative references since it is not normatively referenced in the text.
