[Openid-specs-fapi] ISO Sub-Geoup

Dear FAPI WG,

The chairs met last week to address the comments we received for the PAS
submission of FAPI1. Most of the points raised were already implemented as
errata. For the remaining comments, Hodari will create issues on the
tracker.

Additionally, we will be forming small, temporary groups if there is
sufficient interest. Please let Mike L. and me know if you are interested
in joining.
