As per [https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/issues/752/request-for-a-tailored-fapi-20-conformance](https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/issues/752/request-for-a-tailored-fapi-20-conformance) the team is currently working on FAPI2 certification tests for the client credentials grant.  
  
We’re thinking that a refresh token being returned in this case is probably not legal/sensible and should cause a test failure, does that seem reasonable?
