[Openid-specs-fapi] Working Group Last Call - FAPI2.0 Message Signing

Dear FAPI Working Group

We've resolved all remaining issues for the FAPI2 Message Signing Spec -
thank you for all your help and input.

This is a working group last call to review the document and raise any
issues before we start the public review process for moving the
specification to final.

Please note that we have one outstanding issue

we still have a reference to draft-ietf-oauth-jwt-introspection-response-12,
however given that the spec is in the RFC queue we have decided to proceed
with the review process.

Please raise any issues before 31 Jan, 2025.
