I was just reviewing the message signing spec to start the WGLC and I noticed that we depend on:

[draft-ietf-oauth-jwt-introspection-response-12](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-ietf-oauth-jwt-introspection-response-12)

This draft hasn’t been updated for some time, ideally I don’t think we should go to final with a dependency on an expired draft?

Any thoughts?
