[Openid-specs-fapi] Several of the links at https://openid.net/wg/fapi/specifications/ are incorrect

Congratulations on FAPI 2 being final!

Now that that's the case, this seems like a good time to update the content at  https://openid.net/wg/fapi/specifications/ accordingly.  Note that the content at https://openid.net/developers/specs/ also needs to be updated to list the new FAPI 2 final specifications.

Subject: Several of the links at https://openid.net/wg/fapi/specifications/ are incorrect

For instance, the FAPI-CIBA link is to a non-existent bitbucket location, whereas it should be to https://openid.net/specs/openid-financial-api-ciba.html.

The FAPI 2 links are to bitbucket, rather than to the openid.net/specs/ versions.  Same with the Grant Management link and FAPI 2 Message Signing.

Could the chairs or edits correct these?
